At present, Raipur plant has an aggregate production capacity of 2,50,000 TPA, making it largest Single unit TMT manufacturing plant in the country.

We specialize in manufacturing high strength deformed steel reinforcement bars (rebars) for concrete. The company has introduced manufacture of International Quality of ‘Quenched & Self Tempered’ (QST, called “TMT” in India) bars, as it has acquired technical know-how from EVCON-TURBO technologies (a German based Technology), as per their unique Quenching Technique. The company sells its TMT Bars under the brand name of “BULAND TMT”

GP Ispat also has an induction furnace unit constituting of 4 induction furnaces. These furnaces manufacture MS Ingots which there after becomes the raw material for TMT Bars.
